Mark beat out Donald of Harris Garage to take the top spot, and finishing up the top 3 is Thane of Swiss Garage!
By winning the second quarter prize, Mark is a strong contender to win Top Performing Technician of 2012! For this victory, he’ll take home a pizza party for his shop, an embroidered RPM ToolKit shirt, a $200 VISA gift card, and a Certificate of Achievement to hang in his shop. Second and third place winners will also receive certificates of achievement!

To ensure a fair contest, participants have to meet a number of criteria and are ranked according to several factors including: Average Daily Billed Hours, Jobs Written per Repair Order, Technician Efficiency, and Average Hours Billed per Repair Order.
