Congratulations to the Winners of the 2012 Second Quarter RPM ToolKit Top Performing Service Writer Contest! It was a tight race this quarter, full of surprises and even a close finish! (See the Top Performing Shops and Top Performing Technicians.)
The Second Quarter winner of 2012 Top Performing Service Writer is Chris from Keller Bros Auto Repair in Littleton, CO!
Chris edged out Matt of D’s Transmission to take the top spot, and rounding out the top three is Peter Jr. from TLC Auto and Truck, the 2012 First Quarter winner.
By winning this quarter, Chris has thrown himself into the mix as a contender for Top Service Writer of 2012! For winning the Second Quarter, Chris will bring home a pizza party for his entire shop, a sharp-looking RPM ToolKit Shirt, a $200 Visa Gift Card and a beautiful Certificate of Achievement to hang in the shop. Second and third place winners will also receive Certificates of achievement.
The Top 5 this quarter were extremely close. Fewer than 30 points separated first and fifth place.

To ensure a fair contest, participants have to meet a number of criteria and are ranked according to several factors including: Jobs Written per Repair Order, Closing Ratio, Average Daily Billed Hours, and Daily Hours Billed.
