David and Terry, WOW! After yesterday's coaching session I have spent a few hours really digging into the newest tools made available on the RPM ToolKit™. I would not hesitate to recommend APM. The first reason would be reputation and knowledge. I liked the emphasis on ethics and on treating customers right - not just banging them with a bunch of upsales and pushing numbers. The training on the numbers, however, was very important because I saw some of our weaknesses. I can now see it's about looking at the numbers and setting real targets. Instead of letting things go on self-direction, I am going to go back and set targets, make progress towards them and hold my people accountable.
